The Project
Situated right in the heart of Toronto’s vibrant Yonge-Eglinton neighbourhood is Yonge & Roselawn. The proposed purpose-built rental mixed-use development will consist of two residential towers,24 and 30 storeys, connected by a seven-storey podium, with retail space spread across the ground and second floors.
Heritage facades located at 2430 and 2434 Yonge Street will be retained in situ and incorporated into the new façade, along with a widened landscaped boulevard along Roselawn Ave, a new public park and two mid-block connections increasing pedestrian connectivity within the neighbourhood. The distinct suite layouts, state-of-the-art amenities and ambitious sustainability objectives will be a spectacular addition to the Yonge & Eglinton neighbourhood.

Project Highlights
Sustainability
100% of the building’s heating and cooling will be supplied by the geothermal system, contributing to its Net Zero Carbon Design. The geothermal heating systems are designed to significantly reduce energy consumption and the building's carbon footprint.

Amenity Rich
The development boasts a mix of unique and traditional amenities that complement the everyday lives of each resident including a large gym, outdoor pool, co-working space, urban farming plots, as well as various lounging and dining spaces.
Public Park

This project will introduce a new 1,232 m² public park fronting onto Roselawn Avenue. Roughly about the size of five tennis courts, this new park will add more green space for the community and enhancing the neighbourhood's amenities. The design will be determined through a City-led community engagement process. For more information please visit www.toronto.ca/2400YongePark
